Delivery arrangements
Your shopping basket displays the goods you have purchased we endevour to process all orders within 24 hours (exclusive of Weekends) . We will notify you if your goods are not able to be despatched within this timescale. The costs for delivery are shown depending on the shipping destination and the delivery service selected.
Delivery Charges:
All orders are either dispatched by Royal Mail First Class recorded post or Parcel Force Courier. The customer will have to sign on receipt. With the exception of the Non Recorded Post option, we are fully responsible for the goods being delivered to and arriving at your deliver address. The Non Recorded Post option is only available for orders with a product total cost of less than £5, because Non Recorded post cannot be tracked, we accept no responsibility for non arrival or loss of parcels using this postal option, dealers choosing Non recorded Post do so at their own risk.
The basket will present you with the delivery options available and the price for each option, the system calculates the cost on the overall weight of the order.
Some postcodes are classed as Remote or Offshore destinations and may incur additional postage for parcels sent by Parcel Force.
The basket will calculate the additional postage for you. The full list of postcodes affected are below.
Royal mail maximum dimensions for rectangular parcels is 610mm x 460mm x 460mm.
Royal Mail maximum length for rolled items is 900mm and the length plus twice the diameter must not exceed 1040mm.
Affected Postcodes for parcels sent by Parcel Force:
All IV , KW, PA, PH, HS, KA , ZE, BT, IM, TR, GY and JE codes
All postage calculations are based on one parcel, if an order requires two or more parcels, they may incur additional charges.
The additional charges above only relate to parcels sent by Parcel Force.
Royal Mail parcels are not affected and do not incur additional charges.
Return
Faulty product can be returned and we will send out a replacement, where no replacement is available, a refund will be issued. The customer should return it along with the order number and a description of the fault. Unless the goods are defective, damaged or not as specified on your order acknowledgement, you are responsible for the cost of returning goods to the merchant. We recommend that you use Recorded Delivery, as proof of shipping is not proof of receipt. If however the goods are faulty then the postage costs will be refunded. The delivery address for return is stated on shipment.
